- Curry leaves
- Water
- Turmeric powder
- Black pepper powder

To make this, put 2 glasses of water in a pan and heat it. Then add 10 to 15 Curry leaves, 2 pinch Turmeric powder, and turmeric is absorbed properly in our body so we will add 2 pinch Black pepper powder.
Boil it properly. After that put lemon juice in it according to your taste.

4. Lemon peel Tea :

- Lemon peels
- Cinnamon stick
- Water

For this, put 2 glasses of water in a pan and heat it. Then add 2 Lemon peels and 1 Cinnamon stick to it. Then cover the pan with a lid and boil it until only 1 glass of water remains in it.
After it is boiled, filter it and take it out in a glass. The lemon peel drink is ready.

To make it, in a mixing jar, you need to take 1/2 cup green Coriander leaves, 1/2 cup Mint leaves, 1 tsp Black pepper powder, 1 piece Ginger, 1 small Green Chili, 1 tbsp roasted Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Black salt and add the juice of 1 Lemon.
Then add some water to it and grind it. So take Cumin Water is ready.
